5880 Third Street is the final phase in a nearly 400 unit development at Carroll Station in the Bayview.  In total, the 400 units bring together a mix of for sale, for rent, senior, market rate, and affordable housing.  The 136 homes at 5880 Third Street represent the largest off-site construction project in San Francisco.  By building almost half the project off-site, the construction schedule was reduced by 40%, quality control was improved, and noise and site impacts to the neighborhood were minimized.  The building showcases dramatic open spaces designed by the Miller Company, along with generous amenity space including more than 1 to 1 bike parking, dog wash, fitness room, and multiple community rooms.
